Description
Dusty, a crop duster, dreams of being a racer. Even though everyone tells him he is too slow-not to mention afraid of heights, Dusty enters the qualifying race to compete at the Wings Around the Globe Rally. due to a disqualification, Dusty gets to compete in the rally. overcoming some set-backs and slowing to help other competitors along the way, Dusty finishes the race and makes some new friends along the way.
