Description
The Scarlet Pimpernel is set in late eighteenth century France during the darkest days of the French revolution. An Engllishman, called the Scarlet Pimpernel, and his followers adopt secret identities and outwit the French Republicans while saving the aristocrats from the bloodshed of the Reign of Terror.
