Mr. Papai received his basic working knowledge of water in the United States Army. Mr. Papai has worked all aspects of water, from drinking water to waste water and everything in between. Mr. Papai lives with his wife Petra in Avilla, Indiana. They have two children, four grandchildren and two dogs.
