In Indianapolis, Indiana, there is an organization that is charged with developing the human resources of a specific population segment. It is called the Center for Leadership Development. Conceived in the mind of a visionary businessman and built in cooperation with Lilly Endowment and the Indiana University School of Business, the CLD is dedicated to improving the quality and quantity of minorities in business and the professionals through programs for minority youth, minority professionals, and the recognition of minority achievers across a broad spectrum of fields. This is the CLD story.
