The year is 1989 and seventeen-year-old Jotaro Kujo finds himself suddenly plagued by a ghost-like entity. Jotaro's grandfather Joseph Joestar, a veteran of a fight to save humanity fifty years prior, arrives with his own supernatural aura and explains that this power, known as a 'Stand,' physically manifests its user's spirit and can be controlled by its user at will.

Season 1. The first part follows a young man named Jonathan Joestar who becomes involved in a battle against Dio Brando, who uses the power of a mysterious Stone Mask to become a vampire. The second part takes place fifty years later as Jonathan's grandson, Joseph Joestar, faces up against the Stone Mask's creators, the Pillar Men.

Season 2. Adapts the series third story arc, Stardust Crusaders. Set in 1987, the story follows Joseph's grandson, Jotaro Kujo, and his companions as they seek to defeat DIO, who has placed a curse on his mother, using special abilities known as Stands.

Season 3. Focuses on the 4th story arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Diamond Is Unbreakable. Set in 1999, eleven years after the events Stardust Crusaders, the series follows Joseph Joestar's illegitimate son Josuke Higashikata as he and his Stand-wielding friends in the town of Morioh in M-Prefecture's capital S-City become wrapped up in a murder mystery.

Season 4. Follows protagonist Giorno Giovanna through the fifth arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The story takes place in Italy in 2001 and follows one of DIO's sons, Giorno Giovanna, as he joins a Mafia organization to take down the boss.

Season 5. A killer is on the loose in the town of Morioh, and all he wants is peace and tranquility. The culprit is Yoshikage Kira, a strikingly handsome office worker eager to keep his carnal passion for women's hands under wraps. But when he crosses paths with the Joestar clan, his perfect world begins to crumble, and he will do anything to get it back. Now Josuke and Jotaro find themselves facing down a diabolical foe with a devastating Stand. Can they take back Morioh from a seemingly invincible evil?
