Description
Former Homicide Shift Commander Al Giardello is the leading candidate for Mayor of Baltimore. As he walks toward the platform to give a political speech, a shot is fired at him from the crowd. He is rushed to the hospital where doctors labor to save his life. Meanwhile, a local TV cameraman's videotape becomes the key piece of evidence as former and current homicide detectives unite in an effort to catch the elusive gunman.
