Comprehensive chronological collection of the newspaper articles written by Eliazbeth Coblentz, The Amish Cook, from 1991-2001. Includes various recipes and stories of her life. The volumes are meant to preserve her writing in its historical form. No matter how sloppy or hard-to-follow her recipes might be, they are hers. Elizabeth's first language, spoken at home, is Swiss German. This results in some broken English at time. This book preserves her voice in its entirety.
