Description
At a battle at Catum's Creek, Kentucky in 1862, the Confederate Alabama 51st regiment is savagely slaughtered. One year later, puzzled Union officers are forced to enlist Colonel Neimiah Strayn, the imprisoned sole survivor of the massacre, to help them track down what seems to be a 51st-style renegade regiment on the rampage who brutally crucify and cannibalize any unit they come across. Together with the mute witness of the most recent atrocity, clairvoyant slavegirl Rebecca, Strayn uncovers the evil African force responsible for reviving the troop, now an unstoppable zombie army of darkness which no longer cares which side it is on.
